In Gmail, Slack, Notion, any text field. Just type the shortcode wherever you want the text.

Thanks again! ::sig|
03

It expands. That's it.

Instantly, in place, formatting intact. Didn't mean to? Ctrl+Z brings your typing right back.

Thanks again! Cheers, Sam|

What's your time worth?

Quick napkin math on the typing you do over and over.

That's roughly 30 hours a year of typing you could skip

Assumes about 20 seconds per repeat, 250 working days. Your mileage may vary, but you get the idea.

Questions?

The honest answers, including the fine print.

Is Pro really a one-time purchase?
Yes. Pay $20 once and you get lifetime access and updates. No subscription, no renewals. Just a Gumroad purchase and a license key.
Does it work everywhere on the web?
Yes, including rich text editors like Gmail, Slack, and Notion, where expansions keep your formatting intact. A few sites lock down their text fields. For those, one click in the sidebar copies any snippet so you can paste it in.
What if a snippet expands when I didn't want it to?
Press Ctrl+Z (Cmd+Z on Mac) and it undoes like any other edit, restoring what you typed. Prefer to approve each one? Turn on "Confirm before expanding" in settings and you'll get a preview popup first.
What's with the 8,150 character and 420 snippet limits?
Chrome's storage system has technical limits we work within. Each snippet gets its own storage slot holding about 8,150 characters (Chrome's 8,192 byte per-item limit minus overhead).

With sync ON (the default) you get ~100KB shared across your devices, roughly 10-20 max-length snippets or 100-200 typical ones. With sync OFF you get ~10MB of local storage, enough for 420+ max-length snippets or thousands of typical ones.

Most people keep sync on and never hit the ceiling. And if a save would ever go over a limit, Text Mojo shows you a clear message so you know exactly what happened.
Where is my data stored?
Locally on your device using Chrome's storage system. If you enable sync, it also lives in your Chrome Sync account (still yours, just synced across your devices). The extension has no servers and no accounts. We never see your snippets and it collects zero data.
Does it work offline?
Yep. Once your snippets are saved, they work completely offline. No internet connection needed to expand text.
Can I export my snippets?
Yes, with Pro. Export all your snippets to JSON format for backup or migration. Free tier doesn't include export/import. It's a Pro feature to help power users manage their data.
What happens if I uninstall the extension?
Your snippets are gone unless you exported them first (Pro feature). Chrome removes extension data on uninstall, so back up anything important before removing.
Can I use one Pro license on multiple computers?
Yes. One license works across all your devices. Just paste your activation code into each Chrome browser where you want Pro features unlocked.
What if I lose my activation code?
Gumroad sends it to your email at purchase. If you can't find it, check your Gumroad library or contact support and we'll get you sorted.
Do you offer refunds?
Yep. 7-day money-back guarantee processed via Gumroad, easy.
Will this slow down my browser?
Nope. Minimal footprint. It only does any work while you're typing in a text field, so it's basically invisible until you need it.

You just tried it. Now keep it.

Everything the demo did up top, in every text box on the web. Setup takes about two minutes.
