How much does Clip Mojo cost?

Yes! Clip is completely free to use with all core features. We believe color analysis should be accessible to everyone. Premium features may be added in the future, but the core functionality will always remain free.

Does Clip collect my browsing data?

Nope. All color extraction and analysis happens locally in your browser. We don't send any data to external servers, track your browsing history, or collect any personal information.

How accurate is the color extraction?

Clip extracts exact pixel colors from your screen, so the hex values are highly accurate. Clip's algorithm also filters out near-duplicate colors and prioritizes the most visually significant colors in your selection.

Can I use Clip Mojo on any website?

Yes! Clip works on virtually any webpage, including complex web apps, images, and dynamic content. The only exceptions are browser-restricted pages like the Chrome Web Store and internal chrome:// pages. Some webpages require use of the eyedropper based on how the page is constructed with HTML/CSS, but you can clip or eyedrop and get anything you want.

How do I export my colors?

Click any color chip to copy it to your clipboard. You can choose between HEX, RGB, or HSL formats in the settings. You can also export your entire palette as CSS variables or a JSON file for use in your projects.
