There are a wide variety of devices and icon sizes to consider for your website. This generator will get you started for a basic web browser icon. In some cases, you can save your own PNG image without using a generator tool.

How it works

  1. Upload a square image (minimum size: 64x64 pixels).
  2. Download the generated .ZIP file containing your favicon.ico images (sizes: 16x16, 32x32, 64x64).
  3. Extract the favicon.ico image files
  4. Copy the HTML code provided to implement the favicon on your site.

What is a favicon?

At the top tab of your web browser, a small icon that represents your brand will appear next to the page's title text. That's a favicon! It is usually a square image saved in the '.ico' file format.
